Terms of service
Last updated 2 October 2026.
1. Who we are
RADDLabs Pty Ltd (ABN 32 670 385 976) of Brisbane, Queensland ("RADDLabs", "we") provides the RADDLabs MCP tools ("the service"): read-only tools that let AI clients such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and VS Code look up Australian public data. You can contact us at hello@raddlabs.com.
By creating an account, connecting the service to a client, or buying credit, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organisation, you agree on its behalf and confirm you may do so.
2. Your account
- You sign in with GitHub or an email link. Keep access to that account and email secure; calls made with your sign-in are yours.
- New accounts receive US$2.00 of credit once the email address is verified. Each email address can receive it once.
- You can delete your account at any time from your account page. Deletion cancels any plan straight away and forfeits any remaining credit, which is not refunded. We keep billing and usage records, without your name or email, for seven years because tax law requires it.
3. Prices and credit
- Each tool has a price per call, shown on the install pages and in your client. Some tools are free.
- Calls are paid from prepaid credit in US dollars. Prices include GST for Australian customers; Stripe issues the tax invoice.
- A call is paid when it is answered, including when the tool reports that the input you gave was not valid. A call that fails because of a problem on our side or at the data source is not charged.
- You may set a daily spending cap and switch any tool off in your account.
- We may change tool prices. A change applies to calls made after it is published and never to credit already used.
4. Top-ups
You can add credit from US$5 to US$500 per payment. Top-up credit never expires and is final once loaded: it is not refunded, except where the law requires it. You can hold up to US$2,000 of top-up credit.
5. Plans
- Plans are monthly subscriptions. Each paid month adds plan credit worth the fee plus the plan's bonus (Starter 10 percent, Pro 20 percent, Business 35 percent).
- Plan credit is used before top-up credit and expires at the end of the month it was given for.
- Upgrades take effect immediately, with the difference for the rest of the month charged and credited at once. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current month; remaining plan credit is not refunded.
- A new subscription can be refunded in full within seven days of the first payment if none of that month's plan credit has been used.
- If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it and emails you. Your account keeps working on any top-up credit, and becomes pay as you go if the plan ends.
- Payments, invoices, receipts and payment methods are handled by Stripe, under Stripe's terms.
6. The data
- Every result says where it came from, when it was read, and the licence it carries. The data belongs to its publishers. RADDLabs is not affiliated with, and the service is not endorsed by, any government agency, council or data publisher.
- When you reuse results, keep the attribution each result carries, as its licence requires.
- Results reflect the source at the time they were read. Publishers' disclaimers come with the results that have them. The service is for information; it is not legal, planning, valuation, building or financial advice, and it does not replace a formal search, certificate or professional assessment.
- Address data includes G-NAF, licensed by the Commonwealth. You must not use it to generate addresses, or compiled lists of addresses, for sending mail unless you have verified each address is current.
- Brisbane airport environs overlay data is licensed to Brisbane City Council by Brisbane Airport Corporation. It may be used only for purposes associated with planning and development in Brisbane.
- Public registers such as the QBCC licence register name people. Use them for their published purpose, for example checking a licence, and do not combine them with other data to build profiles of individuals.
7. Fair use
Do not use the service to break the law, to get around its limits (including the rate limit of 60 calls a minute), to disrupt it, or to bulk-copy a source's data. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, and publish the state of each tool atraddlabs.com/status. Sources can change or stop without notice, and we may change, pause or retire tools. We will give reasonable notice of changes to these terms; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, RADDLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid RADDLabs in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
